JOE HARB
FOUNDER & CEO
Joe is a technology entrepreneur and systems architect with over 35 years of international experience designing and delivering large-scale, mission-critical solutions. With a background in civil engineering and advanced computer modeling, he has built and scaled organizations while leading complex projects across the U.S. and internationally. He is the Founder and CEO of Interactive Life and the Founder of Quu, Inc., an interactive radio platform deployed nationwide that transforms broadcast media into a measurable, engagement-driven channel. Joe is the creator of platforms such as INSIGHT, CIVIX, and CRISIS, with a focus on augmenting human decision-making through intelligent, data-driven systems that drive operational impact and long-term value.

FRIEDBERT WALL
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Friedbert brings over 30 years of experience in the software industry, managing large teams and many different software projects including Microsoft Exchange, MSN Messenger, many of the MSN properties and Windows Phone application platform. During his career, he has been instrumental in shipping many products and building up many teams in Canada, USA and China. Friedbert has worked for Motorola and Microsoft and a few other companies. In the last nine years he has been instrumental in bringing Interactive Life to where it is today. He has been a lay leader in the church since he was fifteen years old, working in many capacities in the church, including being a founding member of a church in Shanghai China. Friedbert has a BS from Simon Fraser University and an MBA from Robert H. Smith School of Business.

BISI AKINOLA
STRATEGIC ADVISOR - LEGAL & AI
Bisi brings a global legal and business background, with experience across top law firms, multinational corporations, and leading technology companies. She began her career in the UK, working with Burness Paull and a government environmental agency, before joining Fenwick & West in Silicon Valley, where she advised companies such as Cisco, Symantec, HP, Pinterest, SuccessFactors, and Facebook on venture capital, securities, and M&A matters. She has held in-house roles at Schlumberger, Zazzle, and Zynga, and later served as Legal Director for North America and Latin America at LinkedIn, followed by Senior Director at Box. Bisi is currently a Legal Director at Meta, leading the Messenger and Remote Presence Legal team, with a focus on technology transactions, intellectual property, and global commercial strategy. She holds a law degree from University College London, graduating Magna Cum Laude as a Bentham Scholar.

BAMBO SOFOLA
CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
Bambo leads corporate strategy, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives. With deep experience in business development, technology commercialization, and strategic advisory, Bambo plays a critical role in aligning Interactive Life’s platforms with high-value market opportunities. He works closely with leadership to structure partnerships, drive revenue growth, and position the company’s solutions for adoption across government and enterprise sectors. With 32 years experience at Microsoft, leading initiatives world-wide, Bambo brings a strong track record of scaling initiatives and building relationships that accelerate growth and long-term value creation.

KIM BOGUCKI
STRATEGIC ADVISOR - SAFETY & LIFELINK
Kim is a retired Seattle Police Department detective with over 34 years of service, focused on community engagement, intervention, and prevention. She is the co-founder of The IF Project and the creator of nationally and internationally recognized initiatives such as The Donut Dialogues and West Side Story, designed to drive meaningful change among youth and underserved populations. Kim also helped develop Seattle PD’s “Before the Badge” program, immersing recruits in wellness and community engagement. A three-time TED speaker, she currently serves as a Strategic Advisor II to the Seattle Police Department and a Fellow at NYU’s Marron Institute, while advising organizations globally on justice reform and community-based solutions.

GREG ROZITIS
COUNTRY DIRECTOR - JAPAN
Greg is a business development professional specializing in Japanese and Canadian markets, with over 30 years of experience driving cross-Pacific market entry and growth initiatives. He has worked extensively with government organizations and commercial enterprises, building strong bilateral relationships and introducing technologies and solutions across both regions. Based in Tokyo, he represents Invest Alberta, engaging with Japanese and Canadian companies to promote investment and strategic collaboration. His background also includes leadership roles in international trade development and long-standing involvement with organizations such as the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Japan.
